Our aim is to develop a trustworthy relationship with our clients and provide them with exclusive, high quality homes in North Cyprus. Originally from the UK and established in North Cyprus since 2002, High View Homes are one of the leading construction companies in the North.

With our reputation for applying only the highest standards in the construction of our Villas, be assured we are set apart from the rest. Our developments are small, with no more than ten Villas on each site. With a full time civil engineer trained in Turkey to European standards and an architect that has travelled widely throughout the Mediterranean, we offer innovative designs with practical living spaces to the highest standards. Our sites are chosen carefully for their panoramic views and we are particular to preserve the environment. We design around the trees on site and if necessary ensure they are replanted safely so that the beauty of North Cyprus is maintained.
